Aggression often starts as a coping mechanism.
A way to defend yourself.
A reaction to fear.
And then it becomes a habit.
We become wired to protect ourselves, even when there's no fear or danger.
Eventually it feels like there's no other way to be.
But there must be.
There must be a way to be soft and still strong.
Like velvet.
A way to really feel it all and still have peace.
To let loose and really relax.
To un-clench your jaw.
A way to reprogram your mind.
There has to be a way.
To unlearn.
To re-teach.
To start fresh.
To give up your ghosts.
To feel warm.
To radiate love.
There must be a way.
