A black broken heart covered with bloody red new found love. Splattered with soft aquamarine tear drops, yet mixed in with bright yellow happiness. Green with envy ringlets, blurred with His pure white saving grace. Drizzles of petty pink paint encircled by enormous elephant grey growth.
I'm on one big colorful ride. I'm dipping my paintbrushes into the richest colors possible. Im using my bluest of blues and incorporating them into my perfectly painted rainbows.
I can freestyle this thing. No, I have no choice BUT to freestyle this thing. It's slowly coming together now. I'm slowly coming to understand it. I can finally see it's beauty.
When people ask "what inspired this work of art?", my reply is simply…"life". I had no clue what colors to use or why I was using them. Some of this "painting" was the result of what I thought were mistakes. Some of this "painting" was the result of just going with the flow. But mostly, this "painting" was the result of just knowing that in the end, it will all come together at the appropriate time. For a work of art takes time.
